Your 6-day journey begins with a warm welcome at Peppers Silo Launceston, where attendees will settle in with a celebratory dinner showcasing Tasmania’s renowned local produce and wines. The days are dedicated to engaging lectures and interactive case discussions, balanced with free time for heritage walking tours through Launceston’s historic heart, wine tasting, hiking, kayaking, mountain biking and wildlife.
